Return and Refund Policy

United Kingdom customers — statutory and voluntary rights

UK consumers may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost unless we state otherwise. We bear the reasonable return cost when goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.

Goods may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and function. Eligible cancellation refunds include the product price and the basic outbound delivery charge. Additional delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the basic-delivery amount. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

United States customers — voluntary 30-day return policy

US customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, free from fuel or cooking residue, and returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, components, and proof of purchase.

Contact support@colabmod.com before sending any item. We provide the applicable return instructions after review. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy and return instructions.

Conditions applying to all returns

Do not assemble, install, connect, fuel, or operate a product that arrives visibly damaged or incorrect. A product may not qualify for a change-of-mind return if it has been used, assembled, installed, damaged after delivery, altered, returned without essential components, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Refunds and return address

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Colabmod does not charge a restocking fee. The registered office is not the default return address; the correct return location and method are provided after a return request is reviewed.
