Order Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

Contact support@colabmod.com as soon as possible. If we can stop dispatch, we cancel the order and refund captured payment to the original method.

After dispatch or delivery

If the order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies. UK consumers retain the applicable statutory online cancellation right. US customers may use the voluntary return process described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Colabmod

We may cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or a catalogue or pricing error prevents fulfilment. Any captured payment is returned to the original method.
