Order Issues and Chargebacks

If something is wrong with an order, contact us so we can review the facts and explain the available remedy.

Report an issue

Email support@colabmod.com with the order number, a clear description, and any relevant photographs, tracking information, or delivery correspondence.

Payment disputes

You retain the right to contact your card issuer or payment provider. If a formal dispute is opened, we may provide the provider with relevant order, communication, tracking, and policy records.

Fraud and account security

If you believe an order or payment was made without permission, contact your payment provider promptly and notify us so we can review the order status.
