Understanding the Chargeback Process

Fraudulent Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud

Filing a chargeback for an order that you have successfully received in good condition, or falsely claiming that a delivered item is defective to bypass our standard return process, is considered a fraudulent practice.

Colabmod maintains comprehensive fulfillment records, including weight verifications, carrier tracking data, and confirmed digital delivery signatures. In cases of clear payment fraud or unauthorized chargeback abuse, we reserve the right to submit this evidence directly to the payment processor, blacklist the associated account from future purchases, and pursue necessary legal remedies to recover losses.
