Return & Refund Policy

At colabmod, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a straight-forward 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our online store.

Return Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Apparel, Rings & Jewelry: Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must not show signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or alterations.

  • Home, Kitchen & Hardware Gear: Must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process any return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@colabmod.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged products, return shipping is completely covered by us.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you are still fully covered under our 30-day policy. The item must still meet all the standard eligibility criteria listed above.

Return Fees & Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is initiated.

  • Restocking Fees: $0.00 (No restocking fees apply) to any returns.

  • Hidden Charges: There are no hidden processing or administrative fees.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@colabmod.com.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will still be evaluated, but processing may face delays.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return process after receiving the package.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@colabmod.com.
