Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

We calculate your total delivery window using two distinct operational phases: Order Processing Time and Transit Time. All timeframes are calculated across standard business days.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT - Greenwich Mean Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes verifying your payment details, conducting thorough product quality checks, executing secure packaging, and handing your parcel over to our courier.

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday). This represents the actual travel time required for the shipping carrier to move your package from our fulfillment facility to your designated delivery address.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 6–10 business days from the initial date of purchase.

Shipping Cost & Coverage Areas

  • Shipping Region: We currently fulfill and ship orders exclusively to physical residential and business addresses located within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

  • Shipping Fees: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay—there are no hidden courier fees, handling surcharges, or unexpected threshold costs applied during checkout. All transactions are securely processed in British Pounds (GBP / £).

Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to our carrier's tracking portal. You can monitor your package's live journey at any time by visiting our dedicated Track Your Order page on our website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

Order Modifications & Incorrect Addresses

  • Address Corrections: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address at checkout. If you notice a typographical error or mistake in your delivery information, please contact us immediately at support@colabmod.com. We will gladly update your address as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping phase.

  • Liability Limitations: Colabmod cannot be held legally or financially responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the buyer. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, structural route modifications can no longer be executed by our team.

Cancellations & Delivery Delays

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@colabmod.com. If your items have not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel the transaction and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, you will need to accept the delivery and initiate a standard return according to our Return & Refund Policy .

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we partner with top-tier courier networks to guarantee prompt delivery, occasional transit bottlenecks can occur due to peak seasonal volumes, customs processing, or severe weather conditions. If your package's tracking status stops updating or fails to arrive within the maximum 10-business-day window, please alert our customer care team so we can launch an official courier investigation and resolve the matter swiftly.
