Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item has not been resized, altered, engraved, or modified.
- All original tags and packaging are included where applicable.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect
- Product arrived damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Product does not match the listing in material, color, finish, size, or other stated specifications
- Change of mind, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, unauthorized alterations, resizing, engraving, or other modifications may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@colabmod.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged products, return shipping is completely covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are still fully covered under our 30-day policy. The item must still meet all the standard eligibility criteria listed above.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will still be evaluated, but processing may face delays.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return process after receiving the package.
Refund Processing Time
